Milling Flour

Our first adventure in milling turned out to be a success.  We took some of this.....





....and put it through this.....




.....and ended up with this......


So far we made a loaf of beautiful rye bread.  It tasted awesome as it was, toasted and dried out a little was very good with some of this.....

....very, very tasty bruschetta mix.
