Borscht

After...



I used a 500 ml can of beets that I had pressure canned in the fall, 1 enormous carrot sliced, 1 medium onion minced and 4 stocks of celery finely chopped and boiled them in chicken stock until soft...pureed it all and served with a dollop of yogurt.  Best soup ever.
