So simple and pretty.

Chive Vinegar.

The large jar has been steeping for a week and is ready, the small jar I just put together.  For those of you who haven't tried this, snip the blossoms from your chives and wash them, place in a clean jar and add white vinegar.  Wait about a week and you'll have delicious and very pretty chive blossom vinegar to use for salad dressings.
